I'm 65 kg and have a 10, 14, 17 combo.
Depending on your skill level and the board you are using maybe 12m could be not enough for ride comfortably in 11 knots. Any problem in 13 knots.
If you are an experiencied rider and using a surf board could be enough to this 11 knots. Maybe Chris or Leo (8/10/12 combo) could give you more accurate info.
8m would be good for 34 knots and maybe 10m would be at the top end limit to ride comfortably.
If you are riding most of your time in the low range (11-13) I would better go to a 14m (maybe 14/10 combo). If only occasionally in 11-12knots the 12/8 is perfect.
Based in my experience, 4m difference between kites is OK for a good combo, and there is still some overlap to ride comfortably in all conditions. For me, 2m between sizes could have too much overlap and would be difficult to chose wich size is better in each situation.
This is only an opinion. Maybe it's better that heavier guys using the 12m could share their experience, specially in the 11-12 range.
All my best,
